Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to all phone cases purchased from Phonecase4u and includes:

  • Manufacturing defects such as incorrect sizing, poor fit, or faulty materials.
  • Damage during delivery (must be reported immediately upon receipt).
  • Incorrect products sent due to an error on our part.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.
  • Custom, personalized, or limited-edition items unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items damaged after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.

  4. Return or Replacement:
    • For approved claims, we will provide a return label and shipping instructions.
    • Once we receive the defective product, we will either:
      • Issue a replacement free of charge.
      • Provide a full refund (if a replacement is unavailable).

Warranty Limitations

  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the issue is determined to be Phonecase4u’s fault, all shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by us.
    • For non-defective items returned under warranty, customers are responsible for shipping fees as outlined in the Cancel, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Resolution Timeframe:
    • The warranty claim process may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the product.
