  • United States & Vietnam: All orders ship free, no minimum.
  • European Union:
    • Shipping Cost: $5 per order
    • Free Shipping on orders over $250
  • Other Countries:
    • Shipping Cost: $5 per order

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Variations: Customs, carrier delays, and peak‐season surges can affect transit times.
  • Order Cut‐off: Orders placed after 11:00 PM Indochina Time (GMT+07:00) will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 1–3 days of shipment. Tracking may appear delayed until the carrier scans your package.

Split & Partial Shipments

  • Split Shipments: Items from different warehouses may ship separately; each will have its own tracking number.
  • Partial Shipments: If some items are ready before others, we’ll send them immediately and dispatch the rest as soon as they’re ready.

Returns for Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will:

  1. Notify you by email.
  2. Issue a refund for the order subtotal once we receive the package (shipping/handling fees from any free‐shipping promotion are non‐refundable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customs Fees & Taxes

  • United States: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state.
  • International: Import duties, VAT, and other fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
