Return Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee for Brand New Items
You may return brand-new, unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

- Personalized, customized, or limited-edition products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Fees for Non-Defective Items:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- A 4.5% refund fee will be applied to non-defective returns.

Exchange Policy
For Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:

- Upon approval, a return label will be provided.

Refund Policy

- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

- Refunds for defective items are 100% of the item value.
